Or I have put a download link for you if you want the actual Google Sheet. Just Click the Download Button - It will ask you "Would you like to make a copy?" If you want one, say yes. It will put a copy in your Google Drive.
The Physical 'Discipline' Tracker: This is a simple sheet I print off that sits right next to my keyboard. It’s formatted like a blank monthly calendar, and its only job is to track my daily 'Two-Trade' rule. I just check the boxes for each win or loss. That’s it.
