The Physical 'Discipline' Tracker: This is a simple sheet I print off that sits right next to my keyboard. It’s formatted like a blank monthly calendar, and its only job is to track my daily 'Two-Trade' rule. I just check the boxes for each win or loss. That’s it. No PnL, no dollar signs—just the raw data of my discipline. When two boxes are checked in either column (win or loss), I am done for the day
The Digital 'Math' Sheet: For the deep dive, I use a simple Google Sheet on a separate monitor to log the specifics of every trade. This is where I track the variables that help me look for patterns in my trading behaviors, identify repeated mistakes, set-up performance, and analyze the data for others.
This sheet includes: ● Date, Day, and Time ● Order Type & Setup ● Result (Win/Loss) ● Runner Stats: Did I catch a 'Plus'? How many points? ● Total Amount & Personal Notes.
